By using the LuxBlacks website or booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our services. LuxBlacks provides premium chauffeur-driven transportation services throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding areas. We strive to ensure that every client experience is safe, reliable, and tailored to their individual needs. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our operations team.

Reservations must be made through our official channels, including our website or approved booking platforms. Once confirmed, the agreed fare includes the selected vehicle, chauffeur, route, and any applicable fees. Additional services such as waiting time, extra stops, or special requests may incur extra charges, which will be transparently communicated before or during the trip. Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and may offer invoicing options for corporate accounts upon request.

Clients may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup may result in partial or full charges. In the event of a no-show, the full fare will be billed. For airport pickups, we include a grace period of 45 minutes from the actual landing time; any additional waiting time will be billed in increments.

LuxBlacks reserves the right to substitute vehicles in the event of unforeseen operational issues. We are committed to offering the highest standards of service, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other conditions beyond our control. Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Any damage caused to the interior or exterior of a vehicle due to client negligence may result in repair or cleaning charges.

Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all LuxBlacks vehicles. Pets may be allowed with prior approval and appropriate arrangements. We aim to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all clients, and we reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s behavior compromises that goal.

Your use of our services and website is also subject to the privacy practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
